Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to share channelings from client sessions and membership features, including mentoring/coaching calls and personal readings, on the Site and associated platforms. The client's identity will remain private and identifying details will be removed. By booking a service or signing up for a program/membership with Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC, you agree to this term.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Your submission of personal information through our shop or participation in our programs/memberships is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Modification of Services and Prices

Prices for our programs/memberships, products, and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the program/membership, product, or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the program/membership, product, or service.

7. Programs/Memberships, Products, or Services

Certain programs/memberships or services may have their own Membership Agreements. Please refer to these individual agreements, in addition to Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC's Terms and Conditions, for complete policies.
Certain programs/memberships, products, or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any program/membership, product, or service at any time.
We have made every effort to accurately display our digital and physical products as true to color, size, dimensions, and other specifics. Specifics are also listed in the product descriptions. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime, without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our programs/memberships, products, or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
All physical products are shipped in excellent condition and are expected to arrive as such. Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, damaged, or undelivered items once the product has shipped. Please ensure that you have submitted an accurate and secure shipping destination. No refunds will be given, without exception.
Appointments, including but not limited to: live readings, online mentoring/coaching, or energy healing sessions and/or in-person readings, mentoring/coaching, or energy healing sessions may be rescheduled up to one hour before your session. If you have requested an appointment be rescheduled three (3) or more times, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required in order to book future services. Should practitioner(s) need to reschedule, you will receive the first available appointment. All services booked must be paid for prior to services rendered. No refunds will be given for rescheduled or missed live sessions without prior communication.

8. Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on recorded services or scheduled sessions once bookings are confirmed, without exception.
No refunds will be given on programs, including but not limited to: courses, workshops, channelings, and transmissions without exceptions. All content as part of our programs are instantly accessible upon purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the program.
No refunds will be given on the Higher-Heart Academy, without exception. Content within our membership is instantly accessible upon sign-up/purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the membership. You may cancel your membership anytime. By enrolling in the Higher-Heart Academy, you agree to adhere to the membership agreement, found here: Membership Agreement
No refunds will be given on The Unity Code Intensive, without exception. This membership is an application-based membership in which you have entered into a mutal agreement for a commitment of three, six, or twelve months. Content within our membership is instantly accessible upon sign-up/purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the membership. No refunds or cancellations will be given on digital download products, without exception.
Requests for refunds on physical products must be submitted no more than five (5) business days after the delivery date. Requests for refunds after the allotted time will be denied. Requests for cancellation of a physical product order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
No returns on physical product orders.

9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchasing account information for all orders made in our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and/or contact you as needed.
