Susan Dawn/Susan Dawn Spiritual/Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to share channelings from client sessions, including coaching calls and personal readings, on our social media platforms as a collective message. The client's identity will remain private. By booking a session with Susan Dawn/Susan Dawn Spiritual/Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC, you agree to this term.

Appointments (live readings or online coaching or energy healing sessions and/or in-person coaching or energy healing sessions) may be rescheduled up to thirty minutes before a client's session. If an appointment has been rescheduled by the client three (3) or more times, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required in order to book future services. Should practitioner(s) need to reschedule, clients will receive the first available appointment. All services booked for Skype or Zoom must be paid for prior to services rendered. No refunds will be given for rescheduled or missed live sessions without prior communication. 

COACHING PACKAGE

By ordering our coaching package and paying the initital ordering fee, client agrees that the non-refundable payment holds a place in our program. Full payment is due before the client's first session or recorded reading. Payment plans are available with payment due on or before the first of each month, without exception. If payment is not made, the client's coaching sessions will be placed on hold until payment is completed and up-to-date. If the client should decide at any time that they wish to cancel their coaching package, the client will forfeit the deposit and any payments made to date. Coaching calls may be rescheduled up to thirty minutes before a client's session. If an appointment has been rescheduled by the client three (3) or more times in a month, the client forfeit's that month's coaching call. If the client reschedules more than five times in a two-month period, the client will be removed from the coaching program and will forfeit the deposit and any payments made to date.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required in order to book any future services. Should practitioner(s) need to reschedule, the client will receive the first available appointment. No refunds will be given for rescheduled or missed calls. Unlimited email exchanges end upon completion of the paid package (ending on the final day of the final month of the program).
 

No refunds will be given on recorded services or scheduled sessions once bookings are confirmed.

 

PRODUCTS
No refunds or cancellations on digital download products. Requests for refunds on physical products must be submitted no more than five (5) business days after delivery date. Requests for refunds after the allotted time will be denied. Requests for cancellation of a physical product order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. No returns on physical product orders.

 

All items are shipped in excellent condition and are expected to arrive as such. Susan Dawn/Susan Dawn Spiritual/Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, damaged, or undelivered items once they have been shipped. Please ensure that you have submitted an accurate and secure shipping destination.
