Ascension Connections Sacred Membership

Welcome to the Ascension Connections Sacred Membership, part of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections!

This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Ascension Connections Sacred Membership, which has three levels from which to choose: Ascension Essentials, Ascension Accelerator Plus, and The Unity Code Intensive. By signing up for one of these levels, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Membership Overview
Our Ascension Connections Sacred Membership consists of three levels:

  • Ascension Essentials: A foundational, self-study program designed to empower you and assist you in transforming your sacred union path of ascension.
     

  • Ascension Accelerator Plus: An enhanced program providing personalized support within a community setting, including bi-monthly group calls, optional priority 1:1 coaching upgrades, and access to Ascension Essentials content.
     

  • The Unity Code Intensive: A high-level program designed for those fully committed to their inner journey, focusing on rapid growth and personal transformation. Includes all content from Ascension Essentials and Ascension Accelerator Plus, plus weekly 1:1 personal coaching sessions and ongoing support in a private messaging forum. Membership is by application only, with limited spots available.

2. Eligibility
 

  • Memberships are available to individuals who are 18 years or older.
     

  • By becoming a member, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
     

3. Membership Fees and Payments
 

• Ascension Essentials: $27/month

• Ascension Accelerator Plus: : $57/month

- VIP Priority Upgrade Option (Personal Coaching on Group Calls) : $97/month

• The Unity Code Intensive: Commitments of three, six, and twelve month packages

- Six Month Package: $3,500​

- Twelve Month Package: $,5000

  • Payments for the Ascension Essentials and Ascension Accelerator Plus membership levels are automatically charged on a recurring basis. You may update payment information or cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
     

  • Payment for The Unity Code Intensive membership level is completed in full at the start of the program. 
     

  •  Payment plans are available through AfterPay and Klarna. You will be subject to their payment agreement terms.
     

  • No refunds will be given on the Ascension Essentials or Ascension Accelerator Plus membership levels, without exception. Content within our membership is instantly accessible upon sign-up/purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have agreed to adhere to this membership agreement and have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the membership. You may cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
     

  • No refunds will be given on The Unity Code Intensive membership, without exception. This membership is an application-level membership in which you have entered into a mutal agreement for a commitment of three, six, or twelve months. Content within our membership is instantly accessible upon sign-up/purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have agreed to adhere to this membership agreement and have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the membership.

4. Membership Benefits
 

  • Ascension Essentials: Access to foundational resources, including live and recorded workshops and webinars, meditations and transmissions, and sacred channelings and special support readings.
     

  • Ascension Accelerator Plus: All benefits of Ascension Essentials plus bi-monthly group calls, VIP Priority Upgrade option for personal coaching in our group calls, and a private community group for enhanced interaction.
     

  • The Unity Code Intensive: All benefits of Ascension Essentials and Ascension Accelerator Plus, along with weekly 1:1 personal coaching sessions, ongoing support in your own private messaging forum, and VIP Priority Coaching for additional support in our bi-monthy group calls.
     

5. Content and Intellectual Property
 

  • All content provided through the Ascension Connections Sacred Membership, including, but not limited to written content and text, audio and video recordings, channelings and readings, and workshop materials and other resources, is the intellectual property of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC.
     

  • Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal purposes. Redistribution or commercial use of the content is prohibited.
     

  • Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to produce highlights and clips of Susan's channelings from live events, including but not limited to: workshops, webinars, meditations, transmissions, and group calls, and other exclusive content, such as sacred channelings and special support readings, which may be cross-posted to our website, YouTube channels, and other social media platforms. 
     

6. Member Conduct
 

  • Members agree to engage respectfully and constructively within the community. Harassment, abuse, or any behavior deemed inappropriate will result in termination of the membership without a refund. Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC has the right to determine what is deemed harassing, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
     

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
     

  • You are responsible for attending any live online events, including, but not limited to, workshops, collective meditations or transmissions, and group calls, that you wish to participate in. We cannot be held responsible for any missed events. Recorded replays are always available as part of your membership package.
     

  • The Unity Code Intensive: Weekly sessions are decided upon at the beginning of the client's program and will continue via a set schedule for the duration of the commitment. Missed or cancelled sessions without prior communication with Susan will not be rescheduled, and no refunds will be given. Rescheduled sessions are at Susan's discretion depending on availability.
     

7. Changes to Membership and Content
 

  • Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Ascension Connections Sacred Membership at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through email or the membership platform.
     

8. Cancellation and Termination
 

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. You are solely responsible for canceling your membership should you wish to do so.
     

  • Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations. 
     

  • The Unity Code Intensive: Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC has the right to terminate the agreement and cancel the client's membership at anytime in cases of policy violations or if she feels she cannot provide proper support. In this case, refunds will be at the sole discretion of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC.
     

9. Disclaimers
 

  • The content provided in the Ascension Connections Sacred Membership is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation. 
     

  • Ascension Connections Sacred Membership content contains concepts, insight, and information relating to spirituality, individual welfare, and interpersonal well-being. It is not intended, nor shall it be treated, as a substitute for professional advice or services. The views and opinions expressed through our content is our own. 10. Limitation of Liability
 

  • Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or participation in the Ascension Connections Sacred Membership.
     

  • By participating in the aforementioned membership programs, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from your use of the content and services provided through the program.
     

  • Additional conditions apply as described in our Terms and Conditions.
     

11. Governing Law
 

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania, United States.
