The Higher-Heart Academy and The Unity Code Intensive Memberships

Welcome to The Unity Code Intensive and Higher-Heart Academy memberships, part of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections!

This Membership Agreement governs the terms and conditions for participation in the Higher-Heart Academy collective membership and The Unity Code Intensive personal membership, which includes access to The Higher-Heart Academy. By enrolling in (signing up for) one these memberships, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Membership Overview
Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections offers two distinct membership programs, each designed to provide different levels of support, engagement, and transformation.

The Higher-Heart Academy: A collective, group-based membership that provides access to spiritual teachings, live sessions, and a private community for ongoing support and expansion. This membership program is designed for individuals seeking continued learning and spiritual growth within a shared space.
The Unity Code Intensive: An individual, one-on-one membership designed for personalized, high-level mentorship and transformation. This is an immersive experience that includes direct coaching, ongoing tailored support, and full access to the Higher-Heart Academy as part of the program. Enrollment in this membership program is by application only and subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

Memberships are available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.
By enrolling in a membership, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any misrepresentation of personal details may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to any other individual. Access to membership content, services, and benefits is strictly limited to the registered member and may not be used by or on behalf of any other person. Violation of this policy may result in membership termination without refund.

3. Membership Fees and Payments

• Higher-Heart Academy: $44/month

• The Unity Code Intensive: (Available in three commitment packages)

- Three Month Package: $2,200

- Six Month Package: $4,000

- Twelve Month Package: $7,000

Payments for the Higher-Heart Academy membership program are automatically charged on a recurring basis. You may update payment information or cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
Payment for The Unity Code Intensive membership program is completed in full at the start of the program. By enrolling in The Unity Code Intensive, you are committing to the full payment schedule.
Payment for The Unity Code Intensive is required in full at the time of enrollment or through an approved payment plan via AfterPay or Klarna, which allows you to split the investment into smaller, manageable payments.
- Because these financing providers manage installment payments, members must adhere to their terms and conditions, and all commitments are final, with no early cancellations.
- Payment plans are not subscriptions and must be completed in full, regardless of participation level.
- Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC is not responsible for missed payments, late fees, or penalties incurred through third-party financing providers.
- Missed or failed payments by the member may result in additional fees imposed by the financing provider and/or suspension of membership access.
No refunds will be given for the Higher-Heart Academy membership program, without exception.
- Content within our membership is instantly accessible upon sign-up/purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have agreed to adhere to this membership agreement and have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the membership. You may cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
No refunds will be given for The Unity Code Intensive membership program, without exception.
- This membership is an application-based membership in which you have entered into a mutual agreement for a commitment of three, six, or twelve months.
- Content within our membership is instantly accessible upon sign-up/purchase, and once payment is received, we are under the assumption that you have agreed to adhere to this membership agreement and have begun to view, download, access, or participate in the membership.
- If you need to request a change to your membership, we may review your commitment level at our discretion. However, all financial agreements must be honored, and no refunds or cancellations will be granted except as explicitly stated in this agreement.
All membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge that content is accessible immediately upon purchase and agree to fulfill the complete payment commitment, whether paid in full or through an approved financing plan.
If a charge is disputed, you must contact Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Since all content is available immediately upon enrollment, unauthorized chargebacks may result in membership termination and legal action to recover owed fees. If a dispute arises related to AfterPay or Klarna payment plans, you must resolve the issue directly with the financing provider.

4. Membership Benefits

Higher-Heart Academy: Access to a group-based membership space that includes live workshops and mini-classes, a library of previously recorded sessions, guided meditations and activations, in-depth sacred channelings and focused mini-channelings, live calls for energy updates and group mentoring, and a private community space for additional support and shared learning.
The Unity Code Intensive: Includes all benefits of the Higher-Heart Academy, along with weekly 1:1 personal mentoring/coaching sessions, ongoing support in your own private messaging forum, priority support during Higher-Heart Academy group calls, and a quarterly tarot reading for additional insight and guidance.
Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC. While every effort will be made to provide the outlined content and offerings, updates, modifications, or replacements may occur to ensure the highest quality experience for members. Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate membership channels.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Higher-Heart Academy and The Unity Code Intensive membership programs, including, but not limited to written content and text, audio and video recordings, channelings and readings, meditations and transmissions, and workshop and mini-classes materials and other resources, is the intellectual property of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Screen recording, copying, downloading, or distributing any membership content, including live or recorded sessions, is strictly forbidden. You may not share your access credentials or allow others to use your membership to view, download, or engage with exclusive content.
If a member violates intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content, their membership may be terminated immediately without refund, and legal action may be pursued. Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to protect its intellectual property and content integrity.
Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to produce highlights and clips of Susan's channelings from live events, including but not limited to: workshops, mini-classes, meditations, transmissions, and group calls, and other exclusive content, such as sacred channelings and special support readings, which may be cross-posted to our website, YouTube channels, and other social media platforms.

6. Member Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully and constructively within the community. Harassment, abuse, or any behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated. Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC has the right to determine what is deemed harassing, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
If a member engages in misconduct, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to review the situation and, at its discretion, suspend or terminate their membership. Any decisions regarding termination due to misconduct are final and non-negotiable, and no refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for attending live online events you wish to participate in, including but not limited to workshops, mini-classes, meditations, transmissions, and group calls. No refunds or rescheduled events will be provided for missed sessions. Recorded replays will be available as part of the membership package.
The Unity Code Intensive: Weekly sessions are decided upon at the beginning of your program and will continue via a set schedule for the duration of the commitment. Missed or cancelled sessions without prior communication with Susan will not be rescheduled, and no refunds will be given. Rescheduled sessions are at Susan's discretion depending on availability.

7. Changes to Membership and Content

Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Higher-Heart Academy or The Unity Code Intensive membership programs at any time. This includes but is not limited to changes in content, format, frequency of live sessions, available resources, and membership structure.
Any significant changes that materially affect a member’s access or experience will be communicated in advance through email and/or the membership platform.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for changes to membership content or structure. By enrolling, you acknowledge that offerings may evolve and agree that modifications to the membership program do not constitute grounds for a refund, partial refund, or cancellation of financial commitments.
In the event of program discontinuation, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide alternative access to comparable content or resources for the remainder of the member’s billing period.

8. Cancellation and Termination

MEMBER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

Higher-Heart Academy: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellations. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription should you wish to discontinue.
The Unity Code Intensive: Due to the structured nature of this program, cancellations are not permitted after enrollment. You are committing to the full three-, six-, or twelve-month package and are required to complete the agreed-upon payment schedule.

BUSINESS-INITIATED TERMINATIONS

Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership at its discretion if you violate the membership agreement, engage in misconduct, or behave in a manner that is deemed disruptive or harmful to the community. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to policy violations or misconduct.
If a member’s membership is terminated for reasons unrelated to a policy violation or misconduct, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a prorated refund.
If it is determined that proper support can no longer be provided to a Unity Code Intensive member, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC reserves the right to terminate the membership agreement. In such cases, refunds will be at the sole discretion of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC, based on the duration of membership and the services already rendered.

9. Disclaimers

The content provided in the Higher-Heart Academy and The Unity Code Intensive membership programs is for informational and educational purposes only. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, and participation does not promise any particular transformation, success, or achievement.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Each member’s experience is unique, and personal growth depends on several factors, including commitment, circumstances, and application of the teachings.
The Higher-Heart Academy and The Unity Code Intensive program content contains concepts, insight, and information relating to spirituality, individual welfare and self-development, and interpersonal well-being. It is not intended, nor shall it be treated, as a substitute for professional advice or services.
The views and opinions expressed through the content belong to Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections and are based on personal insight, knowledge, and experience. While every effort is made to provide accurate and valuable information, any use of the content is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the member.
Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, claim, or damage allegedly arising out of the use, or misuse, of the information or suggestions in our content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Higher-Heart Academy or The Unity Code Intensive membership programs. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, personal decisions, relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or any other consequences arising from engagement with the membership content or services.
By participating in the aforementioned membership programs, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is at your own risk. Each member assumes full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from their engagement with the content and services provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the membership programs, including but not limited to any guarantees of results, success, or specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC shall not be liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the member for their membership.

11. Governing Law

This Membership Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By enrolling in the Higher-Heart Academy or The Unity Code Intensive, members agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to their membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania, United States.
This jurisdiction applies regardless of the member’s country, state, or region of residence. A member located outside the United States acknowledges and agrees that by enrolling, they are voluntarily engaging in a program governed by Pennsylvania law and that any legal matters must be resolved within this jurisdiction.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
