In Healing & Harmony - The Karmic, we're looking at messages for releasing karmic situations and relationships. Karma is a universal energy of cause and effect in which lessons are learned or experiences are had for the soul's greater awareness and evolution. We repeat karmic cycles--situations and/or relationships--when we hold onto the energy without learning or evolving from those experiences. The more conscious we become, the more we're able to shift our perspective around the situation or relationship, which helps to clear the energy and move us into a higher state of being, bringing better situations and healthier connections. In this session, we're understanding karma in order to facilitate greater healing and releasing of this energy.
