In Healing & Harmony - The Inner Child, we're looking at messages for healing the forgotten inner child. The Inner Child is a part of us that we carry energetically throughout all of our life but that we may disconnect or disassociate from as we age. During our childhood and adolescence, we may have experienced pain, trauma, or even a building of belief systems that don't serve the evolving versions of who we are becoming. Thus, re-parenting ourselves and nurturing the Inner Child within becomes instrumental on our healing journey. In this session, we're using music to help us understand the various aspects of ourselves as well as ways in which we can connect deeper to the Inner Child within.
